When will my order ship?
We offer two options for shipping.
1. You can choose to ship within 12 hours in which case we deliver as soon as your cake is ready.
2. You can choose a specific date and time to have it delivered.
Can I place an order to be shipped outside of Mumbai?
Due to the perishability of our product, we do not ship outside Mumbai.
How long will my cake keep their fresh taste?
Love and Cheesecake cakes will maintain their freshness for 3 days after delivery if stored at temperatures that do not exceed 5°C. Avoid heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. Always keep our products refrigerated.
Can you make a cake that is copy a picture from a magazine or Pinterest?
We do it all the time!! Many people like our reproductions better than the original we are copying. We love to see new ideas.
Do you deliver? Is there an additional cost?
We deliver all over Mumbai, sometimes even at short notice. Yes, there is a delivery charge, which is calculated on the distance of the delivery address from our central kitchen in Powai, Mumbai.
